For over 18+ years Kristen has had the privilege of coaching Restaurant Owner/Operators, sales professionals, Executives and business leaders through casting a vision and operationalize a plan to reach their professional goals. She does this in conjunction with helping them balance all areas of their personal lives as well. Kristen delivers coaching through a 1 on 1 coaching relationship which involves bi-weekly coaching sessions on the phone as well as time spent together in person. She is an Intelligent Leadership Certified Executive Coach, a Certified Behavioral Analyst, is Working Genius Certified and also has Leadership Circle 360 Certification. These certifications mean she can assist all her clients to achieve their goals through self-leadership, team leadership, and organizational leadership.
When she isn’t coaching Coach K invests in her husband and 4 kids, feeding their passion for adventuring and serving on local boards to better her community. She is a faithful servant of God and a faithful fan of the Denver Broncos. She and her family live in St. Louis, MO.
Shane graduated from Southeastern University in 2004 where he focused his time studying Church Ministries, Psychology, and Counseling. Over the last 18+ years Shane has spent time in leadership roles both in the church world and the business word where he developed a passion for helping leaders reach their potential both personally and professionally. Shane’s coaching style combines psychology, counseling, and a genuine love to see people reach their goals with the know-how of years of experience leading teams and helping high performing leaders reach their organizational and personal goals in practical ways. He has a knack for helping leaders put in place clear systems and practices that help them identify and deal with issues that are easily overlooked.
Shane is the son of a pastor and grew up in the heart of Alabama. When he’s not coaching he serves as a pastor in his local church and loves to spend time with his beautiful wife and his 3 kids. You can find him most weekends in the fall cheering on his Florida Gators.
Sidnee graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelors in Organizational Studies with certificates in Leadership and Nonprofit Management. She served as a Business Intern at Chick-fil-A Coral Ridge Mall in Iowa City, IA, where her love for the brand sparked. She relocated to Fayetteville, NC where she served as the Executive Director of HR and Financial Stewardship at Chick-fil-A Hope Mills for 2 years. Sidnee was most recently the Senior Executive Director at Chick-fil-A Skibo Square, a $12+ million location that she helped build from a $9 million location. There, she oversaw all things operations, HR, leadership development, finance, facilities, marketing, catering and sales/brand growth.
Sidnee finds joy in aligning talent to organizational strategy; building cultures where all levels of the business contribute to the organization. She’s developed this by creating an environment where the team member’s voices are heard, their feedback is welcomed, and their development is tailored toward their personal and professional goals. Sidnee is a Ramsey Solutions Financial Coach and is working to obtain the SHRM Certified Professional credential. Sidnee is excited to bring her background in restaurant leadership, personal finance, and HR into the coaching world.
Outside of coaching, Sidnee enjoys spending time with her husband, Hunter. She starts her day with an early morning workout and ends the day with a cup of tea, a good book, and time with her husband and friends.
Alyson has over 20+ years of Administration Experience. She began her administrative career as a Student Assistant with a communications company in high school. This opportunity provided her the tools to possess the skills that would catapult her into a career with Time Warner Cable in Advertising Sales. Alyson thrived in this high paced atmosphere. She provided the sales team with organizational structure, created processes to streamline tasks, met time sensitive deadlines & fostered great working relationships with the clients. She owns the client management side of the business and her passion is ensuring each client feels valued when unexpected changes come up.
Alyson enjoys spending most of her down time with her husband, 2 children & dog. One of their favorite activities is hitting the movie theater. They live in Ohio (O-H-I-O, Go Buckeyes!)
Tracy is passionate about providing excellent customer service to our coaching clients. Her attention to detail means that our clients will have a positive and consistent experience with Decision Coaching each time - every time.
Tracy will be on boarding all of our new clients while also identifying current gaps in our processes, procedures and competencies. Her organizational skills and innovative mindset will allow Decision Coaching to continually improve on the services we deliver. Tracy views every day as an opportunity to be a thoughtful person and spreads kindness to those she comes into contact with.
Tracy has been married to Patrick for over 25 years and has 2 daughters - Delaney and McKenna. She loves God, animals and can always be seen with a smile on her face.
