One - on - One

Monthly one-on-one confidential sessions for 55 minutes and held bi-weekly.  The focus of one-on-one coaching is the creation of long term objectives and goals and the accountability needed to reach those goals.

Assessments

DISC

DISC is a behavior assessment tool based on the DISC theory of psychologist William Moulton Marston, which centers on four different behavioral traits: dominance, inducement, submission, and compliance. 

MLEI

The Mattone Leadership Enneagram  Inventory (MLEI) is one of the most revealing “inner-core” leadership assessments that exist in the marketplace today. It is the strength, vibrancy and maturity of a leader’s character, self-concept, values, thinking patterns and emotional make-up (inner-core) that determines their success in the “outer-core” (skills and competencies). In other words, success as a leader starts with greatness in the “inner-core”.

A 360-degree feedback (also known as multi-rater feedback, multi source feedback, or multi source assessment) is a process through which feedback from an employee's subordinates, colleagues, and supervisor(s), as well as a self-evaluation by the employee themselves is gathered.

Working Genius

The Working Genius assessment is 20% personality and 80% productivity. People who understand their genius show up to work happier, are more effective, and play well with others. Working Genius Certified Facilitators are equipped to analyze and apply results to help individuals and teams leverage Working Genius to be more innovative, strategic, and effective.
